  Toll样受体能够识别不同的病原相关分子模式,触发炎症反应,同时对获得性免疫反应也具有调控作用。炎症反应有助于清除入侵的病原体,但是过度或长期的炎症反应则会对机体造成伤害,导致自身免疫性疾病甚至肿瘤的发生。因此,炎症反应的强度与持续时间必须受到精细的调控。
