　　抑郁症是复杂、多因素相互作用的结果，包括环境因素、遗传因素以及共患疾病间的相互影响等。应激刺激是抑郁症的重要诱发因素。本研究运用亚急性禁锢、急性饥饿及慢性社会挫败3 种不同的应激方法建立了小鼠抑郁模型，并在此基础上借助GHS-R1a KO 小鼠模型，研究了Ghrelin/GHS-R1a 通路对小鼠情感行为的调节作用。
