　　目的 To explore the effect of telmisartan on ventilator induced lung injury(VILI)of rats and its probable mechanisms.方法 Thirty male wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups：the control group,the high tidal volume ventilation(HVT)group,and the telmisartan pretreatment(TEL)group.The pathological changes of lung tissues were observed in each group.The ALI scores,the wet/dry(W/D)weight ratio,and the levels of protein in BALF were calculated.Apoptosis of lung tissue wasdetected by using terminal deoxynucleodityl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling(TUNEL).AngⅡ in lung tissues wasdetected by ELISA.
