In the exploitation process of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS), there are some examples of profound meaning.As a result of careful reflection,these examples may carry out inspiration and promotion to the study of the CEUS, and it may be briefly discussed as follows.Think agilely and recognize the whole through observation of the part In 1967, Dr Gramiak found that some clutter was suddenly appeared in the heart cavity during the echocardiographic examination which was attributed to indocyanine green which was injected intravenously for evaluating the cardiac function.As usual, the agent injection was halted for excluding the interference, nevertheless, Dr Gramiak continued to inject and found the clutter again.This observation reminded Dr.Gramiak whether observe the variation in heart cavity by this clutter.After Multiple Tests,Dr Gramiak and collaborators helped establish echocardiographys credibility by pioneering the use of sonographic contrast agents.The air bubbles in the injected solution produced a dramatic increase in echoes.This opened a whole new avenue of exploration of the potential uses of sonographic contrast agents.
