The maxillary sinus is a pneumatic cavity, pyramidal in shape, with considerable variations in sizes and shapes.Computerized Tomography has improved the quality and quantity of available information of the maxillary sinus allowing easy access to all walls and surfaces.The aim was to determine the normal variations in shapes and symmetry of the maxillary sinus using Computerized Tomography.
