Objective To investigate the value of integrin αvβ3 targeted SPECT/CT imaging with 99Tcm-3P4-RGD2 as radiotracer in tumor anti-angiogenesis therapy.Methods Glioma and prostate cancer xenogafts bearing animal mode were established by subcutaneous injection of tumor cells (U87MG and PC-3).Anti-angiogensis therapy with Avastin was administered via intraperitoneal injection when the tumor diameter reached 6 to 7 mm (TG1 and TG2 means the PC-3 and U87MG group) while saline was served as control group (CG1 and CG2 means the PC-3 and U87MG group).
