　　Objectives: To evaluate the clinical feasibility of iRoot SP sealer according to cost for each tooth and treatment outcome,compared to Cortisomol paste.Methods:(1)120 teeth suffered from chronic pulpitis or periapcial periodontitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,and filled respectively by iRoot SP(group A)or Cortisomol(group B)sealer and cold gutta-percha.Root canal sealers filling time and quality of obturation after 7 days and 3 months following the root canal therapy were compared.(2)According to the cost and treatment outcome data,iRoot SP and Cortisomol sealers were analyzed by using the cost minimization analytical method.
