球心预存微孔随表面突升温度传入的增长

  球状材料表面温度突然升高后,随着温度的传入,球心处预存微孔发生变化。在球坐标系下建立组合球模型,考虑其球对称准静态过程,通过几何尺寸比例的变化模拟温度传入的过程。认为外部壳体是受均匀温度影响下的小变形热弹性材料,内部球体是球心处预先存在微孔的大变形弹塑性材料,塑性体积不可压缩。给出了微孔在不同温度和不同比例几何尺寸下的变化情况,分析了球体内部的应力分布情况。结果表明,随着温度传入使球内有塑性区域产生后,微孔的增长对温度较为敏感。微孔的附近会形成一个很薄的类似边界层的薄层,应力在其中有非常剧烈的变化。产生塑性区域后,该区域移动到塑性区边缘附近。当微孔极小时,其几何尺寸对其变形的影响极小。
