随着交通事故上比率不断上升,临床上面临的肢体的严重的创伤也逐渐增多,不少病例伴有下肢主干血管损伤的情况,由此对临床的修复造成较大的困难.我科室选择对侧肢体作为血供来源的交腿显微外科的方法修复下肢严重毁损伤5例,挽救了患者的肢体,修复了患者的缺损,取得了满意的疗效.
采用交腿显微外科方法挽救肢体严重毁损伤
