　　Here we introduce a new program named "Development of basic technology for risk information on climate change", which is a theme of SOUSEI program (FY2012—FY2016) supported by MEXT, Japan.The project produces hydro-meteorological hazard information for risk assessment of climate change.We have the following six sub themes in it.
