For high-voltage transmission project, the security of energy consumption in the transmission lines is of particular importance.The stability and security of the high-voltage transmission system is determined by the reliability and operation of transmission lines.Abnormal energy consumption will result in considerable economic losses and energy waste, especially in the transmission of bulk power system.So there are several on-line monitoring technologies applied to the high-voltage transmission lines, such as insulator contamination,thunderstorm and environmental monitoring.In addition,the on-line detection techniques including inflated detection, ultraviolet detection and ultrasonic testing are utilized to find and remove hidden troubles.However,there is a great probability of being affected by weather variations, poor reliability and stability in these facilities equipped with solar-cell panels or wind power in the inaccessible areas.
