Nowadays,mix-mode stationary phases have attracted extensive attention in HPLC analysis of small molecules for better separations compared to single-mode packed columns.On the other hand,modern analytical science is continually challenged by the analysis of trace analytes,thus a micro-scale separation platform using organic-silica hybrid monolithic stationary phase is highly favorable because of its advantage in the analytical sensitivity.
