A very successful revamping of the educational experiences in anatomy for medical students was launched at St Georges University, Grenada, West Indies in recent years.The students who experienced this have performed better in the follow up courses like pathology, clinical skills,pathophysiology and excelled in the USMLE exams(which test clinical applications of basic sciences including anatomy)resulting in a 97％ pass rate with a mean score of 230 in step 1.
