珠三角、长三角和环渤海地区是我国经济增长最快的地区,这与我国实施吸收外国直接投资的优惠政策,采用区域推进的战略有关。如何来度量三地区的对外开放度,并实证分析对外开放度的变化对该地区经济增长的影响,对当前我国制定进一步的对外开放政策具有重要的现实意义。 The Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Bohai Rim region are the regions with the fastest economic growth in China. This is related to China’s implementation of preferential policies for absorbing foreign direct investment and adopting a strategy for regional advancement. How to measure the openness of the three regions, and empirically analyze the impact of changes in openness on the economic growth in the region, has important practical significance for China to formulate further open policies.
