牡蛎对Cu、Zn 等金属具有很强的富集能力,随着海洋沿岸和河口地区金属污染日益严重,牡蛎富集金属的问题也受到了广泛的关注.然而针对牡蛎富集Cu 的个体差异研究却鲜有报道.为了研究牡蛎个体Cu 富集能力差异的分子机制,我们选取了两组福建牡蛎(Crassostrea angulata)的鳃和外套膜进行基因转录水平分析.其中一组为:同安养殖区采取的同一批次养殖的福建牡蛎;另一组为:Cu(30 微克/升)
