根据某砌体结构办公楼的现状及鉴定结论,采取外加圈梁-构造柱结合钢筋网砂浆面层的方法对其进行抗震加固和接建设计,并通过结构设计软件PKPM和规范评价方法对其进行了计算分析。结果表明,该方法既提高墙体的抗剪承载力,又增加了结构的整体延性,很好地改善了砌体结构的抗震性能。
According to the status quo and identification conclusion of a masonry structure office building, seismic strengthening and construction design are carried out by adding ring beam-structural column combined with steel mesh mortar surface. The structure design software PKPM and normative evaluation method Calculated and analyzed. The results show that this method not only improves the shear strength of the wall but also increases the overall ductility of the structure, which improves the seismic performance of the masonry structure well.
