Drug chirality has attracted attention as it will influence the pharmacological activities of racemic drugs.In order to get optically pure drugs, both analytical and preparative grade chiral separation technology has been developed.The application of polysaccharide in chiral separation is one of the most useful methods.They are both used as chiral stationary phases and chiral mobile phase additives in different cases.
