Objective: To research the relationship of TNF-α, IL-10 levels and HCV RNA load, ALT, AST in patients with chronic HCV infection, and to discuss the cause of liver damage mechanism.Methods: Serum levels of TNF-α and IL-10 in 112 patients with chronic HCV infection and 30 healthy individuals were determined by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA).Serum HCV RNA levels were determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-Fluorescence Probing, and ALT, AST content was tested on the automatic biochemistry analyzer.
