目的探讨缺血性脑卒中患者的早期康复护理对患者病情恢复的应用价值。方法选择2010年5月-2012年2月缺血性脑卒中患者86例,随机分为干预组与对照组,每组各43例。所有患者均在科室内进行常规治疗方法及护理措施。干预组在其常规治疗处理基础上增加护理人员对患者的早期康复综合系统护理。对照组仅给予常规护理,不进行相关康复护理。治疗前后分别对患者的日常生活自理能力进行Barthel指数与肌张力Ashwarth指数的统计,并调查患者对在院护理的满意率。结果康复护理后,干预组Barthel指数(73.88±16.44)较对照组(64.54±21.01)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肌张力Ashwarth指数(0.72±0.64)较对照组(1.41±0.81)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度(86.95±3.92)较对照组(82.02±5.73)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对缺血性脑卒中患者进行早期康复护理,患者治疗后恢复明显优于常规护理的患者。
Objective To investigate the value of early rehabilitation nursing for patients with ischemic stroke. Methods From May 2010 to February 2012, 86 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 43 patients in each group. All patients in the department for routine treatment methods and nursing interventions. Intervention group based on its conventional treatment to increase nursing staff early rehabilitation of patients with comprehensive system care. The control group only given routine care, not related to rehabilitation care. The Barthel index and Ashwarth index of muscular tension were calculated before and after treatment respectively, and the satisfaction rate of inpatient nursing was investigated. Results The Barthel index (73.88 ± 16.44) in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (64.54 ± 21.01) (P <0.05). The Ashwarth index (0.72 ± 0.64) in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (1.41 ± 0.81), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); satisfaction (86.95 ± 3.92) was higher than the control group (82.02 ± 5.73), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Early rehabilitation care for ischemic stroke patients is better than routine care after treatment.
