S-adenosylmethionine(SAM) have played an important physiologial role in organism.It has important physiological fuctions such as methyl transfer,sulfur transfer and ammonia propyl transfer,and it is the precursor substances of cysteine,taurine glutathione and coenzyme A,it could be used to liver and neuropsychiatric diseases1,so it has important significance on the study of S-adenosylmethionine product methods.
