本文对起重机用制动器的发热问题作了研究和探讨,指出了目前采用的发热验算方法之不足,提出了直接求解制动器的温度来处理其发热问题.接着分析了制动器的温度工况,指出实验研究的必要性.此外,分析了制动滞后时间对制动能量和温度工况的影响.最后以(?)500制动器为例,说明了在惯性试验台上实现制动器温度工况模拟和正确选取试验参数的方法.
