Spatial and temporal variations of precipitation for different grade in Urumqi

  Using the daily precipitation data from 5 observation stations in Urumqi during the flood period in 1961-2012 and from January to March in 2013.The climatic characteristics,variation trend and variation characteristics of precipitation in different Magnitude and phase precipitation were analyzed by the method of climate tendency rate,coefficient of variation and so on.The result showed that(1)the spatial distribution of annual average precipitation was significantly different in the warm and cold seasons,light rain,moderate rain only close to the warm season average annual precipitation distribution,the other is opposite,In addition to snow,other levels were the same or similar to the distribution of precipitation in cold season.(2)All grades of precipitation showed an increasing trend,in which the warm season heavy rain reached a significant level,while in the cold season,in addition to the heavy snow level,the other levels were significantly increased.(3)The higher the level of precipitation,the coefficient of variation is larger,and the warm season precipitation is more uniform.than the warm season precipitation(4)Significant mutations occurred in warm and cold seasons in 1985 and 1989,which is mainly caused by the increase of heavy rain and heavy snow.(5)In the years with more precipitation,except for heavy snowfalls in cold season,the precipitation of each grade was obviously too much,while precipitation partial juveniles showed a significant reduction in all levels of precipitation.
