The service organizations run by the local people in Longyan city for the aged people have recently been made a great progress by our citizens,and it figures foremost in the name list of Fu Jian province.This article is based on the comprehensive investigation to analyze earnestly the main reason why the service organizations run by the local people develop so quickly,we realized that the cause of such phenomena mainly depends on the market demands;the traditional idea of how the old people decide to spend the rest of their life after their children have grown up;it is also the governments impetus and a kind of the system innovation.The article also thoroughly analyzes what the problems the local people who run these organizations will meet,proposes the countermeasures and the suggestions for the aged service industry to develop healthily.
