Background This study sought to predict the outcomes of different treatment strategies in patients with mutivessel coronary disease and high SYNTAX score Methods 171 patients were retrospectively collected with mutivessel coronary disease and SYNTAX score ≥33,who took arteriography between July 2009 and July 2010 in our hospital; Those patients were devided to incomplete reascularization intervention group(IR group),complete reascularization intervention group (CR group), coronary artery bypass surgery group(CABG group),medicine treatment group according to treatment strategies that the patients agreed.those patients were followed-up for (19.44±5.73) months by telephone or outpatient service.
