输精管结扎术作为男性绝育手术已广泛施行,但由于某些术后并发症的发生,影响了男扎术的积极推广。本文总结我院自1973年1月～1987年12月共收治男扎术后较严重的并发症112例,对其发生原因及治疗效果作回顾性分析,并提出防治方法。 临床资料 一、年龄:本组27～60岁,以30～40岁为多见,此与绝育手术年龄有关,本组中60岁一例系在男扎后14年就诊。 二、并发症分类:本组以患者就诊时主要症状分类(见表1)。 Vasectomy as a male sterilization operation has been widely implemented, but due to the occurrence of some postoperative complications, affecting the active promotion of male bout.
