The energy management of engine waste heat recovery system is a complex problem characterized by great coupling,large inertia and uncertain delay.A commander-tracker energy management framework was proposed as the solution,in which a predictive disturbance rejection method was designed as a tracking controller to follow the power splitters command gotten online from the top level.The system performance was achieved by the combination of the dynamic system model and a predictive controller.
