Deep-sea and polar sea regions are known extreme marine environments.A lot of microorganisms survive there, adapting to the extreme environments with various strategies, which are a huge resource of microorganisms.It is significant to clearrify how these microorganisms adapt to their extreme environments and play an important role in marine organic materials degradation and cycling.
