　　Active targeting drug delivery system is an effective strategy in cancer therapy currently, and among all the methods, peptide-mediated targeting of tumors has attracted researchers' attention.We used the retro-all-D peptide D(PRPSPKMGVSVS) (D-SP5) as a targeting ligand in gene delivery system for the treatment of gastric adenocarcinoma.
