我国的秘书学理论研究,起步较晚,作为一门学科来说,还太年轻.在理论上还需要不断升华、深化,在体系上也需要不断补充完善.十多年来,全国各地秘书学研究者辛勤耕耘,著述日丰、对于秘书学理论体系的建设,作出了开创性贡献.我们大体上理清了我国秘书工作由官员兼理的秘书性工作,发展演变成一种社会职业的历史过程,概括和总结了多年来的秘书工作经验,对秘书工作的性质、任务、地位、作用、特征等问题进行了深入的探索,对秘书办文、办会、办事、操办公务、辅助领导等各项具体工作的程序、方法、要领,及秘书工作中必须处理的各种关系等问题,均作了有益的研究.我个人认为:对我们已经取得的研究成果,首先,在秘书学理论界及实际秘书工作者中,求得共识,这样才有利于使秘书学理论的研究成果尽快地转化为社会生产力,推动秘书工作.为此,我想谈几点不成熟的想法.
