As we all know, scientific research management plays an important part in University Management.And the evaluation in academic papers influential force is an essential part of scientific research management,which is to say that a good evaluation system of academic papers influence is necessary to innovative university management.The current approaches of evolution are mostly based on statistic analysis and fuzzy mathematics theory, so they are the evaluation system with the integrative judgment on indicators.Therefore these approaches are of being objective and direct, but lacking sociability and dynamic.By forming a kind of dynamic model, the dynamic analysis could be available in terms of the value of academic research results,and meanwhile avoiding the simple evaluation of ranking.
