论文目的:Epigenetic alterations as gene or DNA methylation have been highlighted as promising biomarkers for early cervical cancer screening.Herein, we evaluated the diagnostic performance of PAX 1 (paired boxed gene 1) and SOX 1 (sex determining region Y-box 1) methylation for cervical cancer detection.论文方法:Eligible studies were retrieved by searching the electronic databases.Study quality was assessed according to the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies (QUADAS) checklist.The bivariate meta-analysis model was employed to plot the summary receiver operator characteristic (SROC)curve using Stata 12.0 software.
