As a powerful research technology,confocal Raman spectroscopy has been widely used in the study of solid materials.This technology can be used not only to study the crystal microstructure and crystal vibration properties,but also to study the band structures,the electronic density of states and electron-phonon interaction.In this talk,I will review the Raman spectroscopy of graphene materials in our group,including the identifcation of the layer number of multilayer graphenes,Determination of Fermi level of heavily-doped graphenes by multi-wavelength excitation,probing ultra-low energy electronic excitation at Dirac point in multilayer graphenes,shear mode of multilayer graphenes,the interlayer coupling at the interface of twisted multilayer graphenes.
