目的 Romberg氏病是进行性半侧颜面的皮肤、软组织及骨骼萎缩的疾病。面瘫是面神经损害后导致的半侧颜面运动功能丧失。两者并存导致的面部不对称性及功能丧失对患者社会生活产生极大的影响并带来心理疾患。本组病例的目的是矫正二者同时存在的畸形，达到功能以外观恢复的目的。方法 手术治疗采取美容的方法提高外形的美观和功能。多种方法综合应用，如采取真皮脂肪充填、股前外侧真皮脂肪办游离移植及游离脂肪充填术治疗半

目的 Romberg氏病是进行性半侧颜面的皮肤、软组织及骨骼萎缩的疾病。面瘫是面神经损害后导致的半侧颜面运动功能丧失。两者并存导致的面部不对称性及功能丧失对患者社会生活产生极大的影响并带来心理疾患。本组病例的目的是矫正二者同时存在的畸形，达到功能以外观恢复的目的。方法 手术治疗采取美容的方法提高外形的美观和功能。多种方法综合应用，如采取真皮脂肪充填、股前外侧真皮脂肪办游离移植及游离脂肪充填术治疗半侧颜面萎缩畸形，结合小肌肉游离移植矫正面瘫畸形共12例。其中男3例，女9例。年龄16-49岁，半侧颜面萎缩平均发病时间5-30年，面瘫平均发病时间2-18年。结果 所有患者均取得满意效果，无脂肪液化，轮廓修正理想。结论 半侧颜面萎缩合并面瘫患者，通过真皮脂肪游离移植结合小肌肉游离移植的方法能获得较好的对称性效果。

目的 创建矫正单纯额蝶缝早闭所致斜头畸形简单有效的手术方法方法 截取患侧额骨，经塑形后，与同侧眶骨重叠固定，借以矫正额蝶缝早闭所致的一侧额骨和眶上缘塌陷后缩畸形。结果 患儿术后外形明显改善，随访效果满意。结论 单侧额骨截骨，重叠植骨术可有效矫正单纯额蝶缝早闭所致斜头畸形，同时大大降低手术风险和手术时间。
