  RCM-3000E 型树脂固化测试仪可以实时跟踪热固性树脂和树脂基复合材料的固化过程,并同时给出固化过程参数的定量分析,确定热固性树脂粘合剂、树脂基复合材料、乃至液态橡胶的凝胶化时间tg、固化反应速率Vc、完全固化时间tc以及固化反应活化能ΔE 等固化反应表观动力学参数,是配方筛选,最佳固化工艺条件选择以及生产质量控制和监测的有效工具,也为研究树脂固化反应动力学提供了又一种动态力学分析方法。
