通过理论计算与实际工程相对比,发现在软土地区对于单道双拼钢管撑,采用H型钢立柱插入水泥土搅拌桩内,作为水平内支撑的竖向受力构件,较常规施工方法更经济,且简化了施工工艺。同时考虑到双拼钢管撑布置形式,对单根钢管端头可以设置H型钢穿墙接头,以达到灵活地对一层地下室的拆撑、换撑布置的目的。通过计算发现水泥土搅拌桩内插型钢的最大起拔力不到H型钢允许拉应力的1/2,如配合有效的施工措施可以实现H型钢的完全回收。
