目的:探讨腹腔妊娠的诊断和治疗原则。方法:回顾性分析原发性腹腔妊娠3例的诊断和处理。结果:腹腔妊娠误诊率高,临床表现不典型,早期诊断困难,后果凶险。结论:腹腔妊娠是产科灾难性事件,剖腹探查是最重要的治疗方式。 Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal pregnancy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 3 cases of primary abdominal pregnancy diagnosis and treatment. Results: The misdiagnosis rate of abdominal pregnancy was high, the clinical manifestations were not typical, the early diagnosis was difficult and the consequence was dangerous. Conclusion: Intraperitoneal pregnancy is a maternal disastrous event. Laparotomy is the most important treatment.
