Effect of Fungicides on Asparagus Stem Blight in Indoor and Field

  Asparagus is an important vegetable crop grown in China and other some country, and stem blight can cause serious harm to asparagus.In order to appraise the effect of 15 kinds of fungicides on asparagus stem blight, the way of mycelial growth rate was used.The results showed that the EC50 of 50% carbendazim wp was the smallest and the antimicrobial efficacy was best.The EC50 of 70% thiophanate-methyl wp, 75% chlorothalonil wp, 25% azoxystrobin sc, 30% propiconazole sc, 50% Iprodione wp and 69% dimethomorph-mancozeb wp were 1.44, 1.66, 3.23, 6.50, 6.72 and 7.31 mg/L respectively.80% mancozeb wp, 10% difenoconazole sc, 25.8% TMTD wp, 1% phenazino-1-carboxylic acid sc, 2% kasugamycin wp, 47% copper oxychloride wp, 20% thiodiazole-copper sc and 2% pyrimidine nucleoside sc had almost no inhibitory effect, and the EC50 values were between 10.30 to 1.801.80×105.5 kinds of fungicides that have the best indoor antimicrobial efficacy were used in the field, and the results show that 70% thiophanate-methyl wp had the best control effect, and its control effect was 79.57%.The control effect of 75% chlorothalonil wp and 50% carbendazim wp were 77.88% and 68.16% respectively.25% azoxystrobin and 30% propiconazole sc had the poorest effect, and the control effect was 58.63% and 55.70% respectively.
