OBJECTIVE The objective of this paper was to obtain the binary roughness of the polyester fabric surface through alkali hydrolysis and treatment with fluorine-based chemical.In order to make the various levels of roughness,alkaline treatment time was varied.In addition,Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) and 97 %1H,1H,2H,2H-Perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane was used for the superhydrophobic surface.
