蜂窝活性炭制备技术的研究进展及趋势

目前,随着活性炭各种优异性能的凸显,活性炭在工业上的应用日益广泛,而由于粉末活性炭堆密度低,运输和回收困难,且易造成粉尘污染;颗粒和柱状的利用率较低,压降大等缺点;蜂窝状活性炭既继承了活性炭的比表面积大、耐酸碱、易再生等优点,又具有流体力学性能好、床层阻力小等特性而成为研究热点.本文概述了蜂窝状活性炭的结构性能,而蜂窝状活性炭的制备一般可分为碳前驱体成型和后处理。其后处理的工序根据不同的制备条件而有所差异。根据其成型方法的不同,目前的制备方法大致可分为3类:涂载法、整体挤出成型法和溶胶-凝胶法。在蜂窝状活性炭的制备中,黏结剂的选择非常重要,它能直接影响活性炭的性能,尤其是表面积和机械强度。根据黏结剂的种类不同,可分为有机黏结剂和无机黏结剂两种。
