基于打通市场信息感知与处理的集成创新

：

在外部宏观经济环境复杂多变和内部高位平台持续运行的双重压力下,烟草行业面临市场化取向改革和行业的转型升级,对市场信息的感知和处理提出了更高层次的要求.通过建立市场信息集成评价机制,实现对市场信息的有效分类、采集和管理,打通营销信息链,构建信息的集成空间,提高市场感知能力和信息处理能力,为市场整体情况的研判和决策、商业订量政策的制定以及市场基础工作的推进提供依据和支持,工商协同,进一步提高卷烟营销上
