  To reveal the tolerance and molecular mechanism of one rice rhizosphere bacterial Pseudomonas to cadmium stress, proteomic approach was applied to analyze the differently expression of proteins under the treatment of cadmium concentration at 300 mg·L-1.The results showed that there were 57 proteins differently expressed in this experiment, including 42 intracellular proteins and 15 extracellular proteins.According to the biological functions of those identified proteins, there were 28 proteins involved in amino acid and nucleotide metabolism;7 proteins related to glucose metabolism;8 proteins bound up with stress response;4 proteins related with immune response;2 proteins refered to ethanol metabolic;2 proteins belongs to signal transduction;2 proteins considered as material transport;3 proteins participate in electron transport;and the rest proteins touched upon other metabolic pathway.The expressions of 17 intracellular proteins were up-regulated, including Putative ClpA/B protease ATP binding subunit,pyruvate dehydrogenase subunit E1, acetyl-CoA synthetase, probable isocitrate lyase, NAD+ dependent acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, citrate synthase, fumarylacetoacetase,glutaryl-CoAdehydrogenase(two spots), GTP cycolhydrolasell/3,4-dihydroxy-2-buanone-4-phosphate synthase, 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate, OprF, branch-chain amino acid aminotransferase, 3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, DsbA, peroxidase, nucleoside diphosphate kinase Ndk.25 intracellular proteins were down-regulated, they are phosphatase(two spots), 30S ribosomal protein S1, Serine/Threonine Protein Kinase, arginine deiminase(two spots),elongation factor Tu, Anaerobically-induced outer membrane porin OprE precursor, branched-chain amino acid ABC transporter, Putative isovaleryl-CoA dehydrogenase, OprF, alcohol dehydrogenase,carbamate kinase, ABC transporter permease protein, amino acid(lysine/arginine/ornithine/histidine/octopine) ABC transporter periplasmic binding protein,succinate dehydrogenase subunit B, probable iron-sulfur protein, Chain X, Crystal Structure Of The Outer Membrane Protein Oprg From Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, peroxidase, Transcription elongation factor GreA, nucleoside diphosphate kinase, dna-binding stress protein, ssDNA binding protein(two spots), PilA.Besides, 12 extracellular proteins were up-regulated, including polynucleotide phosphorylase, chaperonin GroEL, Outer membrane protein OprF, ABC transporter periplasmic protein, TonB-dependent receptor, dehydrogenase, peroxidase(three spots),lipid-binding START domain-containing protein, Chain D, Azurin(two spots).Meanwhile, 3 extracellular proteins were down-regulated, they are molecular chaperone DnaK, 30S ribosomal protein S1 and flagellin.These not only provide theoretical evidence for understanding the strains mechanism of cadmium resistant strain tolerance, but also provide a new idea for the cadmium contaminated soil remediation and the cultivation of new varieties rice.

以矮抗58和周麦18为材料,在壤质潮土上开展了测墒灌溉与氮肥运筹配合对不同小麦品种水分利用的影响研究.结果表明小麦生长前期耗水比例较低,重度胁迫和充分灌溉矮抗58高于周麦18,轻度胁迫则低于周麦18;中期耗水显著增加,矮抗58高于周麦18;后期品种间差别较小.矮抗58总体耗水量较周麦18略高,轻度胁迫有利于降低耗水量,其中矮抗58轻度胁迫与充分灌溉相比分别减少18.89~ 104.45mm,周麦1
太子参(Radix Pseudostellariae L.)作为福建省的道地药材,其具有益气健脾,生津润肺等功效,药历史悠久、临床疗效确切,目前已被卫生部确定列入"可用于保健食品的中药材名单".但是,长期困扰我国农业生产的连作障碍(重茬)问题,在太子参栽培生产中表现尤为严重,连作障碍导致太子参栽培过程中植株生长发育不良,病虫害严重,造成产量、品质下降,严重制约了中药资源的可持续发展.

基于西南地区(云南、贵州、广西)70多个站点1951年以来实测数据,发现近60年以来该地区年降雨量以-11.4 mm/decade的速率下降,而极端气候事件逐渐增强,其中云南和广西分别发生干旱和洪水的风险较大.通过研究喀斯特典型植被恢复阶段土壤氨氧化细菌与古菌的多样性,发现氨氧化细菌比氨氧化古菌能更灵敏地指示不同植被恢复阶段土壤中可利用氮素的变化,提高土壤氮素有效性有利于加快植被恢复与重建的进程.
