  There is a lack of promising therapy for stroke, a leading cause for neurological disability and death in the world.Some clinical and basic studies suggest that acupuncture might provide a new opportunity for stroke treatment.However, it is of utmost importance to ascertain its efficacy and elucidate the underlying mechanism with scientific approaches.Towards this goal, we have conducted serial studies over the past decade.This topic will be presented based on our findings.
