Research and Design of Process for Implementing Witkey Collaboration Mode

  Witkey mode,as a typical application of crowdsourcing in China,is widely used in digital content industry and produces great advantages and profits.To make up the shortfalls of traditional crowdsourcing,this paper proposed witkey collaboration,a socialized work mode based on organized crowdsourcing,which can build agile virtual teams according to requirements of manufacturing order digital content products in any form through the service process model,achieve high efficiency and low cost of product development.Start with analyzing the roles take part in,then put forward the basic business process of witkey collaboration.Described all the five basic stages in witkey collaboration including project releasing,witkey team building,project bidding,project implementation and project delivery in detail with UML activity diagrams,and systematically analysed the essential problems need to be solved to realize witkey collaboration.
