Background Kugel procedure is a minimally invasive, preperitoneal, and sutureless hemiorrhaphy for inguinal and femoral hernias, which repairs and strengthens the whole anatomic area of myopectineal orifice with a double-layer and self-expanded mesh.It combines the advantages of both open and laparoscopic procedures.The aim of this article is to report a ten-year, single-center experience in 3200 concessive patients with inguinal and femoral hernias undergoing Kugel procedure.
