本文设计了一种采用波导混合环实现毫米波宽带功率分配/合成器。它是在基于微带环形电桥的奇偶模分析的基础上,用矩形波导代替微带线,实现了毫米波混合环,环路电桥的输入、输出端口均为BJ320波导。在传统的波导混合环上,增加了四分之一波长阻抗变换器,增加带宽。仿真优化结果,在33-37GHz频段内传输损耗小于0.5d B,所有端口的反射均小于-15d B。在33-37GHz频段内,隔离度小于-12 d B,尤其在34.5-37GHz频段内,隔离度小于-20 d B,表现出良好的隔离效果。
In this paper, we designed a millimeter-wave broadband power divider / combiner using waveguide hybrid ring. Based on the analysis of the odd-even mode based on the microstrip ring bridge, the rectangular waveguide is used instead of the microstrip line to realize the millimeter-wave hybrid loop. The input and output ports of the loop bridge are all BJ320 waveguides. In the traditional waveguide hybrid ring, an increase of quarter-wavelength impedance converter to increase the bandwidth. Simulation results show that the transmission loss in the 33-37GHz band is less than 0.5d B and the reflection of all ports is less than -15d B. In the 33-37GHz band, the isolation is less than -12 dB, especially in the band 34.5-37 GHz, the isolation is less than -20 dB, showing good isolation.
