Ill introduce a micro-canonical ensemble that yon Neumarm introduced in 1929.This micro-canonical ensemble is different from the micro-canonical ensemble in all standard textbooks.Von Neumann established this ensemble by proving that a large class of quantum systems can equilibrate without interacting with environment.I further show that one can predict that there exists a quantum equilibrium state with multiple temperatures.
