　　Objective:To observe the preservation effect and study its mechanism of H2S on donor rat hearts.Methods:The hearts of 24 Sprague-Dawley rats were perfused on Langendorff perfusion column for 30min.LV-developed pressure (LVDP),positive and negative derivatives of LVSP (+dP/dt and-dP/dt) were calculated and recorded.Hearts were then arrested and stored for 6 hours at 4℃ (group 1,KH solution; group 2,KH solution with 1μmol/L NariS; group 3,KH solution with lμtmol/L NariS and 10μtmol/L glibenclamide; group 4,St.ThomasⅡ solution).
