Objective Particulate matter (PM) is thought to provoke adverse health effects and the PM2.5 is a major air pollutant in Beijing urban districts.Many epidemiologic studies have shown that NF-κB signaling pathway takes part in the lung injury by PM2.5, this study was to investigate the effects of NF-κB pathway in CHO apoptosis induced by PM2.5 collected in Beijing urban districts.
