目的建立血小板供者HPA分型数据库以帮助产生抗体的患者进行有效的血小板输注。方法采集750名浙江人群血小板献血者血样,以PCR-SBT法进行HPA-1-17w系统的基因分型,其中5%的样本同时采用PCR-SSP法进行HPA分型结果确认,并统计分析HPA基因型、等位基因频率和单倍体人群分布。结果
OBJECTIVE To establish a platelet donor HPA typing database to assist patients with antibody production for effective platelet transfusion. Methods Blood samples were collected from 750 blood donors in Zhejiang Province.
