In this paper,we study the order of growth,the exponent of convergence of zeros and poles of meromorphic solutions for the following complex difference equations A_n(z)f(z+n)+...+A_1(z)f(z+1)+A_0(z)f(z)=B(z),where B(z),A_0(z),...,A_n(z)are polynomials or meromorphic functions.
